Your tasks
8. Review of corporate income tax, trade tax and VAT returns
9. Review of technical assessments with regard to VAT and income tax
10. Preparation of memoranda, presentations and other technical assessments as well as tax audits of contracts
11. Review of tax calculations
12. Preparation, support and follow-up of tax audits, including data provision and statements
13. Preparation of drafts for appeals
14. Tax structuring of projects
15. Preparation of contract reviews with a focus on tax clauses
Your profile
16. Completed commercial training as a tax clerk, ideally with further training as a tax specialist, or a comparable qualification
17. Sound specialist knowledge in the areas of taxes, HGB, IFRS and tax compliance
18. Good written and spoken German language skills
19. Conscientious and independent way of working
20. Organizational talent and strong communication skills
