Qualifications:
* Medical/clinical academic background (e.g. doctor); ideally complemented by business administration education.
* Minimum of 10 years in international product marketing or sales, ideally in the medical device or regulated wound care industry.
* In-depth knowledge of the wound care market, including customer insights, competitive dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
