Senior Commercial Excellence Lead EMEA (m/f/d)
The Senior Commercial Excellence Lead is a senior leadership role with international responsibility, accountable for shaping and advancing the organization’s commercial excellence agenda across regions and markets. The role partners closely with senior commercial and functional leadership to translate strategy into scalable operating models that drive sustainable growth and value creation.
Positioned as a key enabler of data‑driven, strategic decision‑making, the role provides transparency and insight across commercial performance, resource allocation, and execution effectiveness. Operating within a complex, matrixed environment, the Senior Commercial Excellence Lead bridges commercial strategy, performance management, and financial outcomes while fostering alignment across functions and geographies.
Experience & Profile
1. Extensive experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Operations, or Commercial Strategy in an international or global context
2. Proven leadership experience in Commercial Excellence and commercial transformation within global pharma or medtech organizations.
3. Demonstrated success partnering with senior leadership and executive teams to influence strategic direction and key decisions.
4. Strong foundation in commercial performance management, analytics, CRM / digital enablement, and financial insight.
5. Proven ability to operate effectively across cultures, markets, and complex organizational structures.
6. Strategic, analytical, and impact‑oriented leadership style, with the credibility to drive change and alignment at scale.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable executive‑level insights.
8. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
