Working in the Sales department, you will help companies to find talents and expand into new markets.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
* Guiding the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the designated area.
* Following up with customers (collaborating with internal teams) and using the company CRM system.
* Continuously supporting customers and providing quality advice to support the company's growth objectives.
* Participating in company events such as conferences and trade shows to identify opportunities and represent the company for growth.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in similar sectors.
* Experience in “solution selling.”
* Understanding and active listening.
* Able to work independently but also as part of a team.
* Fluent in German, French and English. Luxembourgish is an asset.
