Possible Tasks within this Role
* Ensuring the proper representation of the balance sheet and income statement items assigned to the area of responsibility
* Assessing and applying accounting rules in accordance with international and national financial reporting standards
* Analyzing new business transactions and processes with regard to their accounting implications
* Advising internal departments on financial and accounting effects, particularly in the context of transformation and change processes
Qualification requirements
* Completed degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or a comparable qualification
* Solid knowledge of accounting according to IFRS and HGB
* Practical experience in the accounting of standalone entities or in external auditing
* Strong analytical skills for understanding operational processes outside one’s own area of expertise
* High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
* German language level C1
* English language level B2
