Job Description
* Within our R&D Reagents department you will be part of a research team specialized in cell therapy development and in vitro and in vivo analysis methods.
* You will be responsible for evaluating the function and potency of cellular therapies.
* Your tasks will include designing and executing the experiments aimed at characterization and functional comparison of genetically modified T cells with flow cytometry and microscopy.
* You will plan your experiments and carry them out independently, working closely in a team and in collaboration with other research groups. You will also create protocols and reports and present your data in internal meetings.
Qualifications
* You are and enrolled student and working towards obtaining your Master’s degree in biomedicine, biochemistry, biology or a related field with excellent results.
* You have expertise in areas of T cell immunology, cell culture, and flow cytometry.
* You ideally possess knowledge in the development of cell therapies and have gained experience in CRISPR/Cas system and in vitro functionality testing of (engineered) primary T cells.
* You are a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and systematically working individual with a creative mind, ready to accept new challenges with dedication.
* As a good team player, you enjoy interdisciplinary work, as well as intercultural communication and interaction with experts to advance your project in a pro-active manner.
