Your key responsibilities Provide first-level support and guidance to employees using the internal AI solution (ChatGPT) Configure and maintain AI agents, customize data integrations, and manage access to internal documents and knowledge sources Support the integration of AI applications into existing business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams Assist in training sessions and onboarding activities to enable employees to work efficiently with AI tools Troubleshoot common technical and user-related issues to ensure stable and reliable operation Create, maintain, and improve documentation, user guides, and training materials Your profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field Good understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, AI tools, and data platforms Familiarity with data integration methods and APIs for connecting different data sources Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to understand AI-related challenges at a conceptual level Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach with a strong willingness to learn Proactive attitude and interest in exploring new AI tools and technologies Personally, you are a team player, able to work under pressure, work independently and have very good communication skills.
