Position Summary
The candidate will join the International Sales Support Team, contributing to key activities related to distribution contracts manage
* Distribution Contract Management: Support in coordinating activities related to drafting and updating agreements with international customers, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company guidelines
* Stakeholder Interface: Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Credit, Supply Chain, Administration) and external partners to ensure smooth communication and effective relationship management
* Legal Letter Drafting: Support in preparing legal documents required for international trade liberalization, ensuring compliance with current regulations
* TTS Budget Management: Support in allocating and managing TTS budgets per customer, in coordination with Sales and Administration, guaranteeing accurate accounting
* Price List Management: Support in uploading or updating price lists based on information provided by Sales, Finance and Business Activation
* Opening New International Customers: Support in coordinating onboarding procedures, ensuring correct and complete documentation
* Compliance: Support in monitoring activities to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, mitigating legal and operational risks
What will make you successful
* Bachelor's degree in economics, law or International Relationships
* Fluency in English
* Interest in legal/project management/finance
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Precision and attention to detail
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Word
* Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
