Intro We are Verdo (Berlin & San Francisco), an early-stage VC-backed company, backed by repeat entrepreneurs with successful prior exits. We’re developing software that gives enterprises trustworthy insight into their engineering output and AI-assisted code. We’re seeking a reliable Executive & Recruiting Assistant to support our founders across recruiting, scheduling, and day-to-day ops. The start: asap. Tasks Recruiting : Post and manage job ads on platforms like JOIN and Upwork, pre-screen candidates and manage communication to help us find top talent. Calendar and Travel Management : Proactively manage calendars and travel schedules for founders, ensuring their time is optimized for high-impact activities. Meeting Leadership : Prepare meeting agenda, presentation materials, and follow up on action items to ensure all meetings are productive. Operational Excellence : Oversee internal documents and systems, manage expense tracking and accounting preparation. Project Ownership : Take initiative and own a wide range of ad-hoc tasks from start to finish. Requirements Proven experience as Executive Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role (preferably in startups or tech) Strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality Confident with tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, Excel, Zoom You have a strong curiosity for and a solid understanding of tools that increase efficiency, including GenAI tools like ChatGPT Excellent communication in English (German a plus) Proactive, independent, and trustworthy Benefits Flexible working hours Office in Berlin Mitte Remote/hybrid work Working with very experienced founders Travel expenses compensation Closing Closing Remarks Part-time: 10–20 hrs/week, fully remote Flexibility: not about fixed working hours, but general availability and quick response Start: asap Interested?
