Candidate Profile:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences; advanced degrees (MS/PhD) are advantageous.
* Business Acumen: MBA from a leading business school is a plus.
* Professional Experience: 3–6 years in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) at Engagement Manager level or higher; supplemented by 2–4 years in industry roles.
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mid-tech industries, with the ability to navigate complex operational environments.
