Your Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
* Represent the organization at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
About You
* Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Fluent in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
