Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Corporate Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting clients in implementing and administering Luxembourg companies.
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in implementing and administering Luxembourg companies
* Ensure full legal and administrative follow-up of managed/administered companies
* Participate in company incorporation formalities and structuring
* Assist commercial clients in obtaining business permits
* Handle bank account openings and keep company bank accounts up-to-date
* Support the KYC department in creating and maintaining files
* Ensure the safekeeping of official documents and manage company correspondence
* Prepare and convene board meetings and annual general meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, solid knowledge of corporate law and regulatory environment, dynamic and excellent interpersonal skills, and strong sense of service. Additionally, you should possess organized and meticulous work habits, and an excellent command of French and English.
