Your tasks
* Technical Service Ownership role for all global R&S Contact Centers Services
* Administration, Monitoring and Maintenance of R&S central Telecommunication Service Plattform
* Be a member of an global Telecommunication Service Team
* Owner of e2e Business relationship processes for R&S Service
* Provide agent and end-user support
* Drive self-drive Continuous Service Improvement measures
Your qualifications
* At least 1-2 years expertise in holding the responsibility / Technical ownership for an e2e telecommunication service
* Proven experience in administration of telecommunication services (PSTN, call routing, emergency calls, SBC) and contact center features incl. reporting
* Strong monitoring and troubleshooting skills (wireshark helpful)
* Scripting skills (esp. Powershell)
* Experience with on-premises and Cloud Communication Services and applications (MS Teams, Threema, ...)
* Excellent communication skills in German and English are necessary
