Job Summary:
* We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Administrator to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative background and project management experience. The successful candidate will provide critical support to the Head of Bureau de Fundraising in executing daily fundraising activities and projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage contractual documentation, submitting, tracking, and archiving documents in contract management systems.
2. Administer the CRM system ensuring donation flow management and update donor records on Salesforce CRM.
Manage reports preparation for office rectorate board governance supporting head of fund-raising bureau Handle inquiries respond questions managing fund-raisings requests Organize events planning coordinating logistics & manage general administration Provide assistance due diligence prospect research track record higher vocational certificate diploma equivalent by exp Strong admin proficient data analysis concise reporting good interpersonal skills ability work independently fluent both french english german luxembourgish asset
