What you will do
1. Build, maintain and improve complex financial models to support decision making
2. Perform company and project valuations such as DCF, multiples and scenario analysis
3. Challenge, validate and critically assess business plans and financial assumptions
4. Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and key value drivers
5. Prepare financial analyses and decision-support material for senior management
6. Prepare user-friendly & insightful Power Point presentation
7. Act as sparring partner to Executive Management Team, Controlling, Business Groups and Strategy
8. Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
9. Promote a data-driven and analytical decision-making culture in the organization
10. Perform month end closing analysis including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow review
11. Improve MEC processes to increase speed, accuracy and reliability of monthly closing
12. Drive standardization and automation of reporting packages and KPI dashboards across Business Groups
What you will need
13. Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or a related field
14. Minimum 4 years of experience in a Big Four firm or similar high‑performance environment
15. Strong interest in project‑driven work and cross‑functional collaboration
16. Highly analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
17. Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex financial models
18. Advanced Power Point skills (e.g. also Thinkcell)
19. Strong affinity for BI tools and data analytics (e.g.,SAP BW. SAP Analytics Cloud)
20. Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex topics clearly
21. Strong business acumen with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive insights
22. High level of accuracy, structure and attention to detail
23. Self‑starter with motivation to improve processes and drive efficiency
24. Ability to work independently while engaging stakeholders effectively
25. Reliable team player with a proactive and hands‑on mentality
26. Fluency in English, written and spoken
