The Role
We are seeking a talented Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our team for complex consulting engagements. In this role, you will:
* Shape and pitch OCM offerings in IT transformation proposals
* Lead and deliver OCM workstreams across complex client engagements (e.g., SAP, Digital Workplace, M&As, AI)
* Develop and execute tailored change strategies, communication plans, and training programs
* Conduct impact assessments and design targeted communication artifacts
* Track and analyze change metrics to guide implementation and measure success
* Collaborate with client teams to ensure smooth adoption and stakeholder alignment
* Engage confidently with senior client leadership to influence and drive change
As an Org Change Management Consultant at Kyndryl, you will work with other professionals across various disciplines, with opportunities to lead or specialize based on your interests.

You have the required experience and a growth mindset, are customer-focused, and embrace inclusivity in your work.
Required Skills and Experience
* University degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
* 5–7 years’ experience in management consulting, focusing on organizational change and adoption, preferably in IT
* Proven track record in leading and delivering external OCM projects within complex IT transformations
* Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively
* Deep expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Self-driven and collaborative team player
* Fluency in German (both written and verbal)
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Familiarity with designing and implementing user-centered services within digital transformation and enterprise programs using co-creative and collaborative methodologies
