Project Management Office (PMO): Responsible for the continual enhancement of a dedicated project management framework aimed at standardizing project and portfolio management practices. Coordinate and support the implementation of the framework across the team, ensuring alignment and adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed. Ensure the departmental roadmap is up-to-date and effectively communicated to (senior & leadership) stakeholders. Project & Product Management Support: Provide comprehensive support for project management activities, including updating project plans, tracking open points, creating user stories, scheduling meetings, and more. Take ownership of the process for requesting new projects, ensuring efficiency and obtaining necessary approvals before presenting requests during Steering Committee meetings. Assist in in Project related procurement and communication with partners. Support Project related cost controlling and budget management. Service Desk Management Support: Proactively review issues and service requests related to digital applications, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary. Assist in defining preventive and corrective action plans to improve service reliability and user satisfaction.
