We’re working with a fast-growing international SaaS company in search of a strategic and hands-on SEO & Website Marketing Manager to lead their organic growth and website performance initiatives.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive improvements in organic search visibility, qualified traffic, and inbound lead generation. You’ll collaborate closely with regional marketers, content creators, and product marketing teams to align and scale SEO efforts globally.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a global SEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO areas.
* Conduct SEO audits and technical health checks, delivering clear, actionable insights.
* Partner with content teams to steer keyword strategy, optimize content, and promote best publishing practices.
* Localize SEO efforts across regions while ensuring global consistency.
* Manage website structure, metadata, linking strategies, and performance optimization.
* Analyze performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog.
* Collaborate with demand generation teams to improve landing pages and conversion paths.
* Advise on CMS, UX, and website improvements that can support lead generation.
* Track and report on SEO KPIs, providing insights to refine content and digital strategy.
âś… What You Bring:
* 2+ years’ experience in SEO and website performance, ideally in B2B or lead-generation environments.
* Strong knowledge of SEO tools and best practices including technical SEO, keyword research, and link building.
* Analytical mindset with experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
* Familiarity with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
* Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Team-oriented approach, comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally.
* Proficient German (C2), fluent English; other languages are a plus.
