Job Responsibilities
1. Developing and executing sales plans/strategy to achieve the company's global targets.
2. Willing to travel within EMEA and globally.
3. Experience in leading a team is a plus.
4. Manage key accounts and distribution partners; identify potential customers and partners.
5. Assist with the launch of new products in the cosmetics ingredient industry.
6. Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
Candidate Profile
* Background in the specialty chemical industry, especially in personal care/cosmetic chemistry.
* Proven track record of international sales experience.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
* Experience in developing and collaborating with distribution partners.
* Fluent in German and English.
