Your tasks
7. Taking over the role of contact person for the field service
8. Independent and efficient planning and processing of daily tasks.
9. Ensuring timely and courteous responses to inquiries regarding power outages and restoration through direct customer contact.
10. Independent and solution-oriented decision-making regarding payment agreements
11. Support with research, client changes and access claims
Your profile
12. Successfully completed commercial vocational training or training as a legal or notary assistant.
13. Ideally, initial professional experience in receivables management, dunning, or in processing outstanding invoices.
14. Solid knowledge of SAP
15. Proficient use of common MS Office applications
16. Structured, careful and prudent working style
17. Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
18. Working time model: 38 hours/week
