As we expand our presence in the European market, we are seeking a Technical Project Leader to support and guide the development of our Wheeled Loaders product line in the region.Main Purpose of the RoleThe Technical Project Leader will:– Take ownership of the technical roadmap, market fit, and competitive positioning of SANY's Wheeled Loaders in Europe.– Act in a technical leadership capacity (not a traditional product management role), with strong focus on: advising R&D,interpreting customer needs,benchmarking competitors to ensure SANY's products meet European market expectations.This role is based in Stuttgart (hybrid model possible within Europe) and requires 2–3 trips per year to China.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical reference point for SANY's Wheeled Loaders in Europe, providing detailed input on product design, performance, and user expectations.Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and application environments across Europe to guide technical direction and product decisions.Conduct competitor benchmarking, including field visits and product comparisons, to identify differentiation opportunities.Collaborate closely with R&D teams in China, ensuring European use cases and standards are integrated into the design and validation process.Serve as a bridge between European customers and SANY headquarters, translating field feedback into actionable development priorities.Support product validation, field tests, and launch activities to ensure compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.Represent the Wheeled Loaders product line in internal and external meetings, including customer demonstrations, trade fairs, and technical reviews.Regular travel across Europe and China to support collaboration, field studies, and prototype validation.Profile & QualificationsEngineering degree (Mechanical, Agricultural, or similar); a Master's degree is a plus.At least 10 years of technical experience in wheeled loader development, field support, or engineering, ideally with a leading OEM.Strong knowledge of the European construction equipment market, especially customer expectations, applications, and regulations.Proven ability to conduct competitive analysis and technical benchmarking.Fluent in English (other European languages are an advantage).Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
