The Senior Consultant Discovery & Delivery, Performance Partnership Programme for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for assessing the need for continuous improvement and consulting initiatives to develop a strategic Performance partnership plan with customers and internal stakeholders. You are as comfortable at the VP level and above, using the right tools to enhance value stream business change. This position is part of the Performance Partneship Programme Department located in Europe and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Performance Partnership (PP) Team and report to the Senior Manager Discovery & Delivery. If you thrive in a multifunctional and supporting role and want to work to build a world-class continuous improvement mindset organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Lead project management of all PP organization assessments, ensuring proper scoping and timely execution.
* Coach and mentor team members, diagnose workflow impediments, and employ DBS tools for waste elimination. Develop solutions aligned with client schedules and quality objectives, linking customer strategic goals with process improvements using analytical and consulting techniques.
* Collect current state data to develop proof indicators and evidence, diagnose workflow issues, and provide expert counsel on Lean tools to eliminate waste. Develop solutions that meet client objectives and guarantee cost savings.
* Develop and gain consensus on high-level KPIs, using visual management tools to ensure sustainability. Analyze LIS data to validate project implementation, customer volumes, and cost savings results.
* Assist with internal DBS activities, including associate training and events like President's Kaizen, as needed.

The essential requirements of the job include:

* MS, Master’s degree, MBA, and consultancy experience in Operations Management, Healthcare Management, Business or Industrial Engineering. 10+ years of successful experience in continuous improvement, sales, or consulting, with skills in Lean Management tools.
* Experience consulting on large, complex business systems and value streams, focusing on cost reduction and KPIs linked to customer P&L at the C-Suite level.
* IVD Lab Operations experience, familiar with lab organizations, workflow optimization, hospital and LNG models for core and regional labs.
* Proficiency in analytical tools, Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.
* Excellent communication, presentation, change management, conflict management, and negotiation skills, capable of achieving cost savings in challenging situations.

Preferred additional experience includes:

* Advanced communication, training, consulting, influencing skills; teamwork across disciplines, regions, and cultures.
* Strong time management and plan execution skills.
