We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join a dynamic team in private equity real estate investments. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in strategic acquisitions and contribute to the management of a diverse real estate portfolio across multiple asset types.
Responsibilities:
* Support the acquisition process, including due diligence, market analysis, and transaction evaluation
* Build and maintain financial and cashflow models to support investment decisions
* Assist in portfolio and asset management initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize investment performance
* Prepare investment materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate transactions, acquisitions, or asset management
* Strong financial modelling skills, including cashflow analysis
* Fluent in German and English
* Experience with multi-asset portfolios (logistics, retail, office) is an advantage
* Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
