Your mission At Bitpanda, security is the backbone that enables innovation and trust. As Head of Security, you will lead the overall security organization, including the Security Operations, Cloud Security, Product Security, and Security Engineering teams. Your mission is to define and execute a unified security strategy that protects Bitpanda's platform, customers, and data — while enabling agility and growth. You'll be responsible for aligning goals, fostering collaboration across security functions, and ensuring that Bitpanda maintains a world-class security posture across technology, processes, and people.
