Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare systems, leveraging these networks to drive business expansion.
* Deliver comprehensive diagnostic solutions to large enterprise accounts, focusing on customer retention, market growth, and long-term success.
* Confidently negotiate contracts at the executive and C-suite level.
* Ideally bring experience from the diagnostics sector, particularly in expanding access to private hospitals and laboratories.
* Engage effectively with senior leaders across healthcare, informatics, technology, and consulting sectors.
Your Profile
* Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in the molecular diagnostics market within Germany.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology or a related scientific field.
* Proven track record in managing complex, multi-level sales processes within the healthcare industry.
* Fluent in both German and English.
* Willingness to travel across Germany.
