YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As an SAP CAS Security Consultant (f/m/d), you will take ownership of defined service activities and contribute to customer success by delivering secure, efficient, and audit-compliant user and authorization concepts across SAP landscapes.
Your tasks will include:
1. Designing and optimizing SAP role concepts (single, composite, derived roles) in ECC and/or S/4HANA private and public cloud environments
2. Creating and modifying roles (single, composite, derived) using SAP standard tools
3. Performing user access and authorization reviews to identify risks and suggest mitigation actions
4. Supporting Segregation of Duties (SoD) checks and helping resolve violations
5. Assisting in audit readiness activities by preparing system documentation and answering auditor queries
6. Contributing to the analysis and monitoring of security-relevant system events and helping apply security updates
7. Supporting technical user and interface-related security topics across SAP environments
8. Collaborating with customers in German and English, documenting outcomes, and continuously improving service delive
YOUR PROFILE
9. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Cybersecurity, or a related field
10. 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security, ideally in roles and authorization management
11. Good understanding of key SAP transactions and tools for security (e.g., SU01, PFCG, SUIM, SU24, ST01)
12. Familiarity with compliance concepts like Segregation of Duties and audit preparation
13. Interest in learning adjacent topics like threat detection, interface security, and patch monitoring
14. Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high attention to detail
15. Strong communication and collaboration skills
16. Fluent language skills in German and English
17. Ability to work effectively as part of a remote, distributed team
