In this vital, dynamic, and international environment, we are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Talent Sourcing: Use innovative and creative sourcing methods to find the best candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and social media. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Employer Branding: Actively promote the company as an employer of choice by participating in events, creating engaging job advertisements, and showcasing our values and culture. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. Data-Driven Decisions: Track recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve our hiring strategies. Requirements: Passion for Recruitment: You love connecting with people and have a natural talent for identifying potential. Energy and Enthusiasm: You bring a vibrant and proactive attitude to the workplace and are ready to take on any challenge. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German. Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and work well with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving Mindset: You think outside the box to overcome challenges and find solutions. Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Experience: Prior experience in recruitment 2 years
