This freelance part-time (approx hours per month) role offers a competitive per hour rate, autonomy (One weekly visit to office), and impact, supporting both employee wellbeing and operational efficiency in a dynamic international environment.RequirementsOversee relationships with service providers (cleaning, internet, maintenance)Monitor and maintain access control, badges, and office securityYou will track and manage inventories (office supplies, IT equipment, furniture)In addition, you will:Act as the primary contact for all office-related inquiriesMaintain relationships with service providers and supervise facility operations including suppliers, cleaning, and securitySupport HR local administration: contracts, employee records, payroll input, onboarding/offboardingEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and timely maintenance of premisesAbout YouAt Excelya, taking audacious steps is encouraged, so we're looking for individuals who are ready to grow with us and share our values.• Experience:Proven experience in managing office, people and facility operations in a structured and autonomous way is required.
