About the Role:
Our UK cleaning company is expanding, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Assistant. This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and keen to contribute to a fast-moving recruitment process. You’ll support the operations team by managing candidate communications, data, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact and screen candidates by phone
* Update and manage candidate information online
* Keep accurate Excel records of recruitment activity
* Organise emails, calendars, and schedules in Outlook
* Provide admin support to the recruitment team
* Answer calls and take detailed notes/messages
Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary: R7,500 per month
* 40 days paid leave annually
