️ Languages: Danish (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00

What You'll Be Doing:
* Assist customers via chat, email, or phone in a helpful and friendly manner
* Resolve inquiries related to products, accounts, orders, or general support
* Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems

* Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses
