Your Responsibilities:
Operational responsibility for the Storage & Backup product in Germany, i.e. ensuring a stable and high-quality operation of these IT infrastructures based on ITIL principlesAdministration of the Storage & Backup infrastructure in accordance with defined KPIs and SLAs and support in the planning, development and implementation of new Storage & Backup infrastructure solutionsPlanning and adherence to costs within the area of responsibility (including continuous development and improvement)Technical support for root cause analysis and particularly in the event of incidentsExecution of the highest-level administrative activities within the area of responsibilityYour Profile:
Completed studies in Computer Science, completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Systems Technician or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of work experience in IT / Information SystemsExperience in automation (e.g., Ansible) is desirableExperience with one or more of the following products is required: NetApp, VEEAM, NetBackup, Commvault, Data Protector, Data DomainKnowledge of one or more of the following technologies is required: STORAGE (Block / File / Object / SyncMirror), BACKUP (Virtual / Disk / Tape), and RECOVERYITIL knowledge and product certifications are an advantage (e.g., NCDA, NCSIE, NCTA, and MetroCluster)Fluent English and German skills, both spoken and writtenYour Partner:
