We as Global Digital Services enable BASF's digitalization. In agile teams, we develop innovative digital solutions for BASF and its customers, create new exciting customer experiences and business growth, and drive efficiencies in processes. We provide IT that works and offer know-how and access to latest technologies in the areas of cloud computing, blockchain or big data.
Our team focuses on providing Data Science services to different stakeholders in BASF. Our team is the backbone of the Analytics & AI Community at BASF and offers upskilling services via our internal Data & AI Academy. For our various activities connected to community work and upskilling around AI, we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and communication-savvy working student to be part of a team of enthusiastic, open-minded data scientists and change & learning professionals.
You will be responsible for enabling a smooth execution of one of our various learning offers, like our popular guided learning format.
Furthermore, your tasks will also include relationship-management with individual participants as well as administrative activities.
Contributing with your expertise and creativity to explore innovative ways of communicating and providing upskilling content around AI on scale, while prioritizing learner experience is also part of your responsibilities.
Last but not least, you will learn about innovative topics in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence while supporting activities in and beyond the AI Community.
currently enrolled in a degree program, such as business administration, digital innovation management, human resources, communication management, psychology with a focus on employee development, change management or a related field of study
strong communication and writing skills in English
ability to engage with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders through BASF’s internal social media and communication channels
good knowledge of MS Office and collaboration tools
ability to work in an international as well as multicultural global team is beneficial
You will get involved in challenging fields of activity and have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in an interdisciplinary environment.
Depending on the location of the respective group company you will get to know BASF and participate in various workshops and guided tours.
