Shape the future of our HR landscape in a key international role! We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded professional to lead and develop our Compensation & Benefits across all SP countries.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the C&B across all SP countries
* Design competitive compensation and benefits programs
* Take responsibility for HR KPI-reporting
* Lead and implement global C&B related projects
* Manage the annual compensation review process including benchmarks
* Oversee senior compensation packages, promotions
* Advance HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors
* Ensure compliance and integration with the global HR strategy
* Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Tax, Audit, and external partners
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or similar
* 5–8 years of experience in C&B and HRIS, ideally in an international setting
* Committed teamplayer who works with dedication on her/his field of expertise
* Expertise in MS Office (esp. Excel), SAP
* Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Intercultural competence and experience with international teams
