Do you enjoy working with numbers and people in an international environment? We are looking for an Operational Controller (m/f/d) to join our nice, supportive team where your input truly matters. You will play a key role in driving financial transparency and strategic alignment across our Global Color Materials division. You will ensure accurate planning, reporting, and compliance while collaborating across international teams to support business performance. Ensure consistent, aligned, and accurate financial planning and reporting for the Global Color Materials division
Monitor global financial KPIs and initiate corrective actions when needed
Ensure tax compliance of global intercompany cost sharing agreements
Coordinate global financial planning, including SG&A and manufacturing cost planning
Contribute to the global financial reporting package
Maintain and update Global Cost Sharing Agreements and other intercompany cost charging frameworks
Drive finance-related projects or actively contribute to their success
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Proficient in SAP is a plus
Experience with MS Office and data analysis tools
Excellent communication skills in German and English
