We are looking for a Retail Coordinator (f/m/d), full-time, based in our Berlin office.

Your profile
You hold a degree in business administration (BBA, MS or MBA) and have a record of 2-3 years of applied experience in a retail environment, preferably with a luxury brand.
Your portfolio of knowledge, your business and technical skills along with your financial acumen are your entry ticket to this role. You have been used to working with SAP queries in order to leverage data insights and support business decisions, while demonstrating artistic creativity in sharing your analyses. You are experienced in project management, composed and know how to compose with contradictions, alternating fast paces and long waiting times.
MS Office Suite is music to your ears. You begin with the end in mind, and you take initiative in holding the strings together. You are an efficient communicator across functions, departments and hierarchies.
You possess acute powers of observation and insight; you are at ease with number-juggling; empathy and authenticity are customary traits.
You understand understated luxury; you are genuinely interested in the business we run and how we do it.

Your role
Within your team, you hold a pivotal role and contribute to raising the bar collectively through providing efficient individual support in project management:
Project Coordination:
1. Steer the implementation of strategic retail projects with regions/markets
2. Coordinate review of client selection process for international HQ events
Retail Engagement:
3. Animate the international retail community through webinar support and communications
4. Propose new ways to inspire the global retail community to comply with guidelines & processes
Operational Excellence:
5. Ensure retail guidelines are up to date & made available in all relevant languages
6. Collect & consolidate input on various topics, through SAP queries and/or surveys. Derive action plans.
Budget & Governance
7. Manage budget & organize monthly review meetings with Heads of Departments
