Develop and implement the customer journey strategy, manage stakeholder relationships, and define the product/service, process, and channel policies in accordance with external regulations and risk and compliance guidelines;
Bachelor Or Master University degree in IT and at least 5 years of professional experience;
Fluency in French and English are required.
