Our team is seeking a skilled professional to spearhead a business search and acquisition process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running and growing businesses, as well as strong leadership skills.
The Searcher will be responsible for establishing a search process to generate deal flow, managing the acquisition process, and stepping into the CEO role of the newly acquired business. They will also be expected to proactively generate and evaluate strategic growth options, develop long-term business strategies, and grow the business top line through impactful marketing and sales initiatives.
To succeed in this role, the candidate will need to have a strong vision for a sector or industry, as well as a proven ability to manage multiple teams across geographies and locations. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles, is required. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of running and growing businesses, as well as a strong understanding of financial management and P&L responsibility.
The selection process will involve several in-depth interviews, online assessments, and a business case assignment. Final candidates will be selected based on their investment thesis and jury review.
