* Provide disciplinary and technical leadership and drive the growth and personal development of the R&D Embedded Software Platform team of around 10 employees in Munich.
* Plan and execute the evolution of the embedded platform into a cloud infrastructure–ready platform, including roadmap definition, migration strategy, and rollout in partnership with key stakeholders.
* Shape the platform software strategy underpinning the next generation of Software Defined Radios for mobile radio testing.
* Collaborate closely with international development teams, with a strong interface to product‑specific software departments.
* Champion the technological and methodological evolution of our software, fostering innovation, best practices, and engineering excellence across the team.
* Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cross‑functional Embedded Linux platform components.
