How youu2019ll make an impactu202f You lead the Lead-Hub for bid management, engineering and order execution for low-voltage switchgear. You will set ambiguous targets for your team and will support and coach your team to reach the targets You will be part of the Lead-Hub community, working with your peers on the continuous improvement of quality and productivity. You will be responsible for the efficient creation of offers optimized for the customer's application. You will be responsible for timely, quality-compliant, and efficient order execution and engineering. You will have the ownership of budget and financial results in your area of responsibility. You will coordinate your team's activities with our factories, sales regions, and customers. Your success is grounded in You have fundamental knowledge of the product portfolio utilized in medium or low voltage distribution systems. You have many years of experience and expertise in the design of medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear or power supply systems. You have experience in leading teams and serving as a coach and mentor. You hold a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent. You have relevant experience with the processes and tools for bid management, configuration and engineering. You are fluent in German and English language.
