Our Production Department is responsible for the supply chain behind online used car purchases for private customers. We are fast, data-driven, and always striving for the highest possible efficiency. Our goal is to redefine the used car market for private customers through a best-in-class production process.
As an HR Project Manager, you will be a valuable addition to our international team. You will work closely with our Production Management team on various topics and support our Production Centers with your organizational skills in daily operations.
Prepare reports to support decision-making related to capacity planning and incentive systems
Improve and oversee the performance bonus program for our production centers
Manage the employee feedback process and ensure data-driven follow-up actions, such as training initiatives and compensation adjustments
Very good skills in Excel and Google Workspace; experience with Workday, Looker, or Tableau is an advantage
Strong affinity for numbers and data, a proactive and solution-oriented working style, as well as excellent analytical skills
Assertiveness, a high degree of personal responsibility, a can-do mentality, and a data-driven mindset
Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
