Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all commercial aspects of multiple major data center construction projects
* Oversee cost planning, tendering, contract administration, and variation management
* Provide commercial leadership and mentorship to Quantity Surveyors and project teams
* Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure transparency and profitability
* Implement effective cost control, forecasting, and value engineering strategies
* Report on financial performance and commercial risk at a senior management level
* Contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
Requirements:
* Significant experience in commercial management within construction, industrial, or data center projects
* Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
* Proven track record managing multi-million-euro projects
* EU citizenship required
* Fluent English (German language advantageous)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
