To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A technical degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with experience in the food industry.
* Proven leadership experience in B2B sales of complex products, especially with plant manufacturers, distributors, and integrators.
* Strong communication skills, ability to build trust and drive decisions, and a proactive sales mindset.
* Occasional willingness to travel within the DACH region and European manufacturing sites.
* Excellent English skills, confident in using Microsoft Office.
