About the role A&M’s PEPI practice in Germany is looking to hire a Director (m/f/d) – Commercial Excellence with a strong track record in sales force effectiveness, margin management, sales back‑office effectiveness, marketing optimization, and interim sales leadership. The ideal candidate is capable of managing and addressing complex business challenges within Commercial Excellence.
