INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Take orders
* Provide product selection advice
* Take order change requests, incl. Returns; cross- & upsell
* Provide info on delivery status, invoicing for high-value customers
* Manage complaints & warranties, e.g. For damaged goods, delays for high-value customers
* Qualify and warm up/activate leads generated by mktg./kam
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
* In teamselling approach, align on sales actions and customer needs (with local field sales)
* Act in alignment with local quantity and quality guidelines
* Support sales team (sales agents; alt. Channels) to achieve performance by sharing customer insights
* Aligning customer priorities across channels
