The Airframe Support Engineer is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction, and support to airframers, customers, and CFM field personnel regarding the operation of LEAP-1A engines.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for all customers (Airbus and Airlines) requests (Front Office).
Interfacing with all levels within customer and company organizations.
Assessing on-site activities to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Delivering comprehensive reporting on engine issues and customer requests.
Supporting investigations, including root cause analysis and troubleshooting, in collaboration with Back Office teams (Engineering, Quality).
Ensuring thorough documentation by recording all required information in relevant information systems.
Reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on engine malfunctions and making recommendations to minimize operational disruptions.

Solid mechanical and technical expertise in engine functioning, assembly, and maintenance documentation.
High flexibility and availability (including shift work and on-call support) to address customer planning requirements.
