Your Role in a Nutshell We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Working Student to join the Programs Team at the adidas Foundation. In this role, you will support the team in their day-to-day activities and assist with various projects and research initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with the world of sport for good, contributing to impactful programs that harness the power of sport to address societal and environmental challenges. You will primarily collaborate with the Programs team, but you will also have touchpoints with other teams within the organization. Key Stats Department: Programs Team Reporting Line: Program Manager Country: Germany Location: Germany/Up to 100% remote with occasional opportunity to travel to Nuremberg Weekly Hours: 16-20 hours Your Day-To-Day Conduct research to support project development, including identifying trends, best practices, and innovative approaches to addressing social and environmental challenges through sport. Prepare progress reports for internal use, providing insights on the status of various initiatives and highlighting any challenges or risks. Assist with the logistics and coordination of events, workshops, and meetings related to the foundation’s initiatives. Act as a project management assistant in selected initiatives, helping coordinate and track the progress of various initiatives across the organization. Assist in maintaining up-to-date project documentation and provide stakeholders with necessary project updates. Support the preparation of project plans, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with the project leads and cross-functional teams. Strong research skills First experience or coursework in project management, event coordination, or team collaboration. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for social justice and environmental sustainability. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, collaborative team. Your Fundamentals Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Sports Management, Social Sciences, or a related field, with at least one year remaining before graduation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with project management software (e.g., SmartSheet) is a plus.
