Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to be responsible for HR operations in Europe, covering cross-border transfers, file management, non-cash benefits implementation, supplier management, etc.
2. Interpret and design HR operation processes that comply with local regulations and group standards (such as onboarding-on-the-job-departure full life cycle management), conduct regular process audits and efficiency analysis, and promote process compliance and efficiency.
3. Lead overseas HR human resource operation projects, output standardized toolkits, and continuously improve human resource operation efficiency and user experience.
4. Maintain HR system data, ensure data integrity, support overseas module demand analysis and functional testing, and provide local data insight support for the headquarters.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Fluent in Chinese and English
3. At least 5 years of overseas HR experience, with experience in building overseas human resources systems or project management preferred.
4. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations, and experience successfully handling overseas labor disputes or compliance audits preferred.
5. Experience working in multicultural teams, strong communication and structured thinking skills, attention to detail and results, and the ability to collaborate internally and externally to efficiently advance projects.
