We’re currently seeking a B2B Sales Intern to join our growing team in Heidelberg. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO and the leadership team to support B2B sales strategy, client acquisition, and relationship management. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape business growth in a purpose-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
As the B2B Sales Intern, you will:
Support lead generation and client outreach, including CRM data maintenance.
Manage inbound client inquiries and assist with sales analytics and reporting.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.
Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) — and English essential for professional communication with clients and partners.
Prior experience or internship in B2B sales, client relationship management, business development, or account management is highly desirable (experience in a startup is a plus).
Passionate about sustainability and circular business models, eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Willing to actively support both business development and daily operations.
