HSE Site Manager – Contract (Germany | Energy Project)
Full-time contract role acting as the lead on-site HSE representative for a major energy infrastructure project in Germany. You’ll ensure compliance with German legislation, client requirements, and a Zero Accident safety culture.

• Location: Jänschwalde, Germany (site-based)
• Duration: July 2026 – Feb 2028
• Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do
• Lead all site HSE activities and act as main point of contact
• Ensure compliance with German HSE regulations (e.g. Arbeitsschutzgesetz, DGUV)
• Coordinate contractors across RAMS, risk assessments, and safety processes
• Conduct audits, inspections, and safety walks
• Manage incidents, investigations, and corrective actions
• Support high-risk activities (HV works, lifting, WAH, excavation)
What You’ll Bring
• HSE experience on German construction or energy projects
• Strong knowledge of German HSE legislation
• Experience working with contractors and SiGeKo
• Fluent German and English
• Structured, independent, and compliance-focused
SiFa qualification beneficial but not essential.
