• Provide strategic guidance for top clubs, associations, and organizations in women’s football
• Develop tailored concepts for player development, performance strategy, and career management
• Lead market analysis, build networks, and drive high-level projects to execution
• Represent Goalcon with excellence at events, panels, and in industry relations
